Mapping conversion attribution data in non-supported Gravity Forms Add-ons

If you wish to use our AFL UTM Tracker plugin with a non-supported Gravity Forms Add-on, you would need to create hidden field and use the populate the value dynamically.

You do not need to set this up if you’re using an official Gravity Forms Add-ons or an add-on which supports the Gravity Forms Add-on Framework.

Steps

  1. Go to your Gravity Forms > Form > Edit mode.
  2. Add a Hidden Field to the form.
  3. Under the Field Settings > Advanced > Click on Allow field to be populated dynamically.
  4. Type in the Parameter name as listed below.

Copy and paste only the parameter names which you are interested into your Hidden Field. Give an appropriate text label for each of the Hidden Field.

Take note that you can access two types of URL values:

  • a full URL with all query parameters
  • a clean URL without any query parameters.
